Communications Team Volunteer

Who We Are Looking For
We need a creative person who can help produce content for our social media channels, newsletters or other form of media content.

Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 2+ hours per week.

The Role

Are you a storyteller who understands the power of digital media?
Can you turn values and political policy into a message that resonates with people?

Volt Denmark is looking for Communications Team Volunteers, that can help produce media content. Together, the communication team is the "Voice of Volt."

You will have access to professional-grade tools such as Canva Premium, Asana and Google Workspace.
While there is a lot of flexibility in your work and responsibilities, we expect you to use these resources to produce media content, in accordance to our internal design guides.

What You will do:

You will help produce content either for internal or external use depending on your preferences and interests.
Some example responsibilities could be:

  • Social media content for: Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

  • Multi media content : Such as podcast, vodcast, interviews etc.

  • Collaborative post: You will discuss and investigate the possibility to post together with other Volt chapters and maybe even external partners.

  • Articles and journal writing: For newspapers and magazines etc.

  • Newspapers contributor: For the internal/external newspapers.


Must-Haves:

  • Tool Proficiency: We rely on Asana for project management and Canva Premium for design. You must be comfortable using these tools or be willing to learn them, which we can help you with.

  • Language Skills: You are fluent in English. Fluency in Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Membership: In order to join our team, you have to be a member of Volt Denmark.
