Becoming a member of Volt opens doors all across Europe!

As a member, you can actively contribute to shaping the future of Denmark and the European Union. Joining Volt also offers opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and connecting with a community of passionate individuals who share your values and vision for a better tomorrow. 

What does it mean to be a member of Volt Danmark?
Being a member of Volt means that you get to participate in shaping Volt Danmark and Volt Europa. As a member, you can participate in creating policies, vote during our general assemblies, and you get access to our internal working platform where you can meet people from all across Europe. 

There are endless opportunities to get involved in shaping Volt. It is up to you to decide how much time you would like to spend on Volt. Some members become active volunteers, others attend some events, and some just read the newsletter. Read more about the teams that could use a helping hand!

How can I become a member of Volt Danmark?

To become a member, you need to follow three simple steps:

1. Sign up to join Volt at volt.team/join

2. You will be contacted by one of our volunteers for an onboarding call

3. Pay the annual membership fee.

That’s it. You are now a member of the first Pan-European party.

And how do I become a member of Volt Europa?

When you become a member of Volt Danmark, you automatically also become a member of Volt Europa. So you instantly become part of our Pan European movement that aims to create positive change across the continent!

What happens when I sign up?

When you sign up via the sign-up platform, you'll soon be contacted by one of our Volt members, who will confirm your membership, introduce you to how Volt works, and help you to find your way. During this introduction, we will also ask you about your ambitions within Volt, and if and how you would like to get involved.

From then on, it is up to you how you would like to get involved. If you are interested in getting actively involved, we will connect you to another Volt member, who will introduce you to Volt as your ‘buddy’. As a member you can work with other Volters across Europe on projects, election campaigns, development, training or just having fun!

How do I pay my membership fee?

You can pay your membership fee through MobilePay or through bank transfer, after you have signed up here, and had your confirmation call with one of our volunteers.
