Crocodile Club
Crocodile Club is Volt Europa's fine dining club. Participants get to meet with other like-minded Europeans who want to see progress and action in a time where our democratic institutions are under direct threat, both from the outside as well as from within. While dining together, we'll discuss how to we want to shape the Europe of tomorrow and try to formalize our thoughts into concrete recommendations that we want Volt Europa to promote and implement - on local, national, and European level. This is your chance to be heard and have direct influence on European politics.
The name "Crocodile Club" is derived from the European Parlament Intergroup that was formed around 1980 to create the first draft of the Maastricht Treaty. The group met at restaurant Au Crocodile in Strassbourg - hence the name.
